Millie Mae went to Anejo for lunch and she is such a chill girl. She likes to sit in a lap and rest her feet and sometimes her head on the table. 

Paige's Christmas Shopping with Kendall

 

Paige and Kendall enjoyed a long afternoon at Town Center together to do some Christmas shopping and lunch. Afterwards they came back to the house to make gingerbread houses and some Christmas crafts.

Shawn's Birthday 2025

My birthday this year was on a Tuesday, and I met my parents for lunch to celebrate. I was planning to get Ramen with Paige in the evening, but we decided to go later in the week when we were more hungry. It was a nice chill birthday this year and thankful to survive another trip around the sun.

 

Connor at College - Living the Frat Life

Connor's Fall semester at college has been quite the adventure so far. He's made quite a few friends and had many adventures. Connor has gone to the ER three different times with friends, bailed out a buddy, and experienced all the shenanigans involved with joining a fraternity. Andrea stays up on things with him, encouraging him to make school a priority, and while he's missed classes a few times his grades are actually good so far. We're glad he's having fun, but we do hope he'll get more sleep and make good choices. 

Andrea Visits Kansas City - Halloween 2025

Andrea flew to Kansas City on her own at the end of October on the 25th.  She spent a week with family and helped her mother quite a bit around the house. Organization is one of Andrea's biggest strengths, and she applied herself to getting Genie's house in order. 

 

Andrea also spent Halloween in Kansas City, and it was much more eventful than it was at home. She went to Griffin's school event with Amanda and her mother and got to meet Griffin's teachers and classmates.

Andrea spent quite a bit of time with the Gobles, helping Graydon with some homework, eating at McAlister's Deli every day, and playing with the dogs. Andrea likes small dogs best, but big Beau won her over with his sweet disposition.

Halloween 2025 - Paige as Cleopatra

Paige didn't go out Trick-or-Treating this year, but she did go over to her friend Keira's house and dressed up with some friends. Paige dressed up as Cleopatra this year, and put the costume together herself. They put on their costumes and recorded some Tik Tok videos, took pics, and then had a sleepover. 

Hanging out with Grandpa Rick and Grandma Alice

 

We had a few fun days lately with Shawn's parents. They joined us for lunch at Tijuana Flats and at the Golf Club. Paige, Millie Mae, and I also drove out to their area to eat at Moon Dog with them. Afterwards we went on a walk and then a ride in the golf cart. They are doing us a big favor storing it for us while we're in our rental, and it was nice to take it out for a spin and get some use out of it. 

Paige's guitar playing has been surprisingly good recently and she sang for them while they were over, serenading them with a Gracie Abrams song.
