Andrea flew to Kansas City on July first, and spent a week with family. She mostly spent her time helping her mother with some tasks around the house and around town that are a bit too difficult to tackle on her own. Andrea helped her pick out a replacement refrigerator, get a painter to give some quotes on painting, and various other things.
It wasn't all work though, Andrea went swimming with Amanda and her family, ate McAlister's Deli quite a few times, watched World Cup Soccer, WNBA games, and they even drove out with Amanda to visit Renie.
Grandma Genie's always grateful that Andrea's willing to help her out, and Andrea's got a lot of patience and she's such a capable person.
