Connor missed some school this past week so they could play in the District tennis tournament. There was some rain early in the week and things got delayed, but they were able to get it finished and the PV team won. Connor is currently line five, so he only played a singles match, but he won his match and played well. He even ended up in a quote from a local paper's report on the tournament. I would post the full text, but don't want to get in trouble for posting it. I'll just post Connor's quote: “Confidence was down,” Vernon said. “Then, we started winning.”
