On Monday, May 2nd, we closed on our new house. The closing was supposed to occur last Thursday on the 28th of April, but the appraisal took much longer than it should have and we had to wait until Monday. On Monday, Andrea and I went to the title company and signed all the appropriate paperwork. For some reason, the title company did not have the keys, so we met one of the seller's agents at the house and she let us in and gave us the keys. The electricity had been shut off, so we had to get that set up and clean up some messes around the house.
There's a lot of work to be done, but we are excited to finally get it all started! I took a few pics of the kids in front of the house this last week. It's been a wild and crazy week!
