This weekend, Paige stayed the night on Saturday with the Gobles. It's the third weekend in a row that she's stayed with them and we almost weren't going to let her, since we didn't want her to wear out her welcome. Amanda said they'd love to have her over and Paige has been a big help in getting them unpacked and organized. We also realized that we'll be out next weekend with Easter so we decided to let her. On Saturday, after Paige's morning tennis lesson, the Gobles met us at Chick-Fil-A for lunch and then Paige went home with them and stayed the night.
On Sunday, after lunch, the rest of the Vernons went over to see everyone. We were excited to see their new couch, new golf cart, and also to see how their unpacking is going. Their house is coming together nicely and we were told that Paige gets quite a bit of credit for that. Everyone except for Ryan and Connor got in their new golf cart and Amanda drove us to the dog park where we went on a hike in the woods on their trails and then we let the dogs run around in the dog park for a little while. On the way home, Andrea and I tried out driving the golf cart and we stopped off briefly at a playground. Their neighborhood is awfully cute and we're happy to see them settling in. We even got to meet Amanda for lunch at Cheesecake Factory on Friday. Graydon and Griffin have been at school for a couple of weeks now and so far everything is going well for them, it's nice to have them so close!
