On February 9th, we went by Grandma and Grandpa's house to say goodbye one last time to Ginger. She's been a very good dog over the years, but she's had a growth in her mouth lately that's been growing quickly and was causing her a lot of problems.
I'd talked to the kids about it for quite a while and they were pretty upset about the whole thing, but we were happy we got to see her one last time and say goodbye.
